Salaar enters Rs 600 crore club
On Monday, the official account of Salaar shared that the film has entered the Rs 600 crore club at the worldwide box office. The tweet reads, “Unstoppable #SalaarCeaseFire has crossed a massive Rs 625 crores GBOC (worldwide) #SalaarOfficeStorm #RecordBreakingSalaar #SalaarRulingBoxOffice.”

With these figures, Salaar is now the 5th highest grossing Indian movie of 2023 after Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan (Rs 1152 crore), Pathaan (Rs 1050.8 crore), Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal (Rs 884.2 crore), and Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 (Rs 687.8 crore).
Prabhas reacts to Salaar success
Salaar released in theatres in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi on December 22 last year. Recently, Prabhas reacted to the box office success of Salaar. As quoted by ANI, Prabhas said, “I am deeply grateful and humbled by the immense love and support given by the audience. Witnessing Salaar’s fantastic run at the box office has been nothing but an incredible reward for me and my entire team. Every single person involved in this project has put out their heart to deliver their best and we are thrilled to see the positive impact it has had on the viewers.”
On the other hand, Bolluwood Bubble gave Salaar ‘3’ stars. A part of the review read, “Salaar Part 1 Ceasefire, Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran have set the screens on fire with their powerful presence. No one is good or bad, both are equally strong and impactful in their performance. It is high on action and emotions but the subtle doses of humour make it a delightful watch.”
