SatyaPrem Ki Katha box office: Kartik Aaryan-Kiara Advani starrer continues to grow, crosses 30 cr mark on its opening weekend

Satyaprem Ki Katha registers great weekend numbers as the movie saw a good jump on day 4 at the box office. So much so that Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani starrer has crossed the 30 crore mark on its extended opening weekend. It looks like strong word of mouth and positive reviews have helped the movie gain good footfall.

The way Satyaprem Ki Katha is climbing the ladder at the box office every day is a sheer example of all the love and appreciation the movie is garnering from the audience. Furthermore, the movie has become the 6th biggest opener of the year with a collection of 9.25 Cr. on its first day. As it was a holiday, it worked well in their favour. With a bare minimal drop on Friday, the film still managed to bring good numbers. Speaking about day 4 collections, the musical drama raked in 12.15 crore, making a grand total of Rs 38.50 crore. As it was an extended weekend, SatyaPrem Ki Katha managed to cross the 30 crore mark.

With its super strong word of mouth, the film has paved a phenomenal weekend journey. Fans are not only loving Kartik and Kiara’s sizzling chemistry but also the social message that they convey. Bollywood Bubble gave Satyaprem Ki Katha 3.5 stars. A part of the review read, “The movie  is a decent attempt on telling a poignant issue. It has its flaws at points but Kartik and Kiara make the film a worthy experience with their performances. Watch it for Kiara’s excellence if nothing else.”

After getting good responses from the fans, Kiara even penned a heartfelt note to fans, expressing her gratitude.
