Box office is treating it in a deary manner indeed! Gauri Shinde‘s ‘Dear Zindagi’ is grossing fair and has minted an amount of Rs. 32.50 Cr after the first weekend. After ‘English Vinglish’, this is gauri Shinde’s second flick and it is certainly living up to our expectations.

The film had opened with a collection of Rs. 8.75 Cr and collected Rs. 23.75 Cr. more over the weekend. The highest contributors are Mumbai, West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu while Delhi and East Punjab have failed to perform well.
The film is mostly successful in multiplexes as it caters to a niche audience.
The film is about a girl in distress who seeks professional help from a psychiatrist. Apart from SRK and Alia, it also stars Kunal Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Ali Zafar, Angad Bedi and Ira Dubey.
