Pathaan worldwide box office: Shah Rukh Khan starrer continues to rule as it inches closer to 600 crore mark

Pathaan is a legit blockbuster! Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham starrer has set the cash registers on fire while it is filling the bank with good numbers. The movie is inching closer to the 300 crores mark at the domestic markets while speaking about the worldwide box office, Pathaan is also aiming to hit the 600 crore mark. That’s right!

Pathaan earned Rs 591 crores on day 6 in the global markets and it will probably be a 640 crore extended the first week.  

Pathaan worldwide box office collections:

Day 1 – Rs 106 crore

Day 2 – Rs 113 crore

Day 3 – Rs 313 crores 

Day 4 – Rs 429 crores 

Day 5 – Rs 543 crore

Day 6 – Rs 591 crores

meanwhile, the Hindi collection of the film now stands at around Rs 296 crores and is expected to cross the 300 crore mark. Adding Tuesday’s collection, Pathaan will be the fastest Hindi Film to enter the Rs. 300 crore club, beating Dangal, Baahubali 2 and KGF 2. Reportedly, Aamir Khan starrer took 13 days to hit Rs 300 crore, while Prabhas starrer took 10 days and Yash starrer took 11 days. 

SRK hinted at Pathaan 2:

Recently, the team held a press conference on Pathaan success. In the press con, director Siddharth Anand hinted at Pathaan 2. To which, SRK added, “This is a big day for us, my family. We haven’t experienced this happiness in a while. Whenever he (Siddharth Anand) wants me to do Pathaan 2, I’ll do it. If they want to make a sequel, it’ll be my honour to do it.”

Helmed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan is a part of the Spy Universe which will have a connection with War and Salman Khan starrer Tiger 3. The movie was released on January 25.
