Sonam Kapoor’s ‘Neerja’ bags 12.30 Cr in two days

Ram Madhvani’s directorial venture ‘Neerja’ starring Sonam Kapoor in the title role has opened with a bang. While critics are calling it the game-changer of Sonam’s career, this biopic on brave air hostess Neerja Bhanot who sacrificed her life while saving passengers of a hijacked aircraft has stolen all our hearts for a brilliant execution of an inspiring story and scintillating performance from the star cast.

Neerja hit the theatres on Friday, 19 February and bagged 4.70 Cr on its opening day. On Saturday, its net business was 7.60 Cr. After Saturday night, the film’s total collection remains 12.30 Cr.
