Hrithik Roshan’s first release of this year – ‘Super 30’ – that released last Friday has been garnering praises from critics and fans alike. The actor wowed everyone with his terrific performance while the film’s inspiring storyline too has been appreciated by one and all. The Hrithik and Mrunal Thakur starrer collected around Rs. 30.02 crores on its first two days at the box office.
Coming to the film’s first-weekend collection, reportedly it is an estimated Rs. 50.76 crores approx. Now, this is a very good figure considering there were several controversies surrounding the film prior to its release.
Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the details of the film’s first-weekend collection. Check it out below:

Going by the upward graph in the film’s collection so far, it seems like it might enter the coveted Rs. 100 crore club soon. The film had a solo release so that should too work in its favour. Interestingly, Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Kabir Singh’ that released on June 21 is still raking in the moolah at the box office.
‘Super 30’ also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Aditya Shrivastava, Nandish Singh and Virendra Saxena in pivotal roles. The film is based on the inspiring life of the brilliant mathematician Anand Kumar and his educational programme ‘Super 30’. Kumar helps underprivileged students to appear for entrance exams for the Indian Institutes of Technology.
