Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif brightened up our Diwali celebration with the release of Tiger 3. The mass actioner is unanimously receiving praise for narrative, action sequences, and surprise cameos. While Tiger 3 emerged as the third highest opening day grosser of 2023 on Day 1, it created a new record at the box office on 2nd day. With a staggering collection of Rs 59.25 crores, it has emerged as the highest Monday for a Hindi movie.

With this collection, the film has emerged as Salman Khan’s 17^th 100 crore club movie. Not only this, this is also his fastest film to enter the coveted club in just a span of 2 days. Apart from this, it is the highest first-Monday grosser of all time followed by, Baahubali 2 (Rs 40.25 crore) (all languages), Gadar 2 (38.70 cr), Tiger Zinda Hai (Rs 36.54 crore), Jawan (32.92 cr) (all languages), Dangal (Rs 25.69 crore), and KGF 2 (Rs 25.57 crore) (all languages).

About Tiger 3

The movie is a part of YRF’s ambitious spy universe following the events of Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, and Pathaan. It is directed by Maneesh Sharma, who previously helmed films like Band Baaja Baaraat, Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl, Shuddh Desi Romance and Fan. Tiger 3 also features Katrina Kaif, Emraan Hashmi and Revathy in prominent roles with cameos from Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan. Apart from Hindi, the film has also hit the screens in Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions.
