Heropanti 2 Box Office: Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria starrer faces a dull weekend

Looks like the Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria starrer is struggling to gather numbers at the box office. The movie had a very slow opening at the box office and is still trying hard to make a mark. Heropanti 2 had a collection of 15 crore nett range in its first weekend. The movie had an average collection of 3.5-4 crore nett range over the days of the weekend.

As per a report by Box Office India, “The business of the film was dull across the board in all circuits even the ones where action fares better. There will be no coming back for this film even with the Eid holidays.” 

The collection of Heropanti 2 is as follows:

Friday – 6,25,00,000 apprx

Saturday – 4,75,00,000 apprx

Sunday – 4,00,00,000 apprx

TOTAL – 15,00,00,000 apprx

Meanwhile, Bollywood Bubble rated Heropanti 2 with 3 stars, an excerpt from the review read, “There are many levels to the film and the screenplay as well given the underlying hacking and gaming theme. Most scenes sure do feel right out of a video game and it was quite welcome as you don’t get to see such screenplay in these kinds of movies. But no amount of extravagance can salvage the weak plot which was highly lacking as well as the confusing dubbing. “

Heropanti 2 also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a lead role and the movie is directed by Ahmed Khan. The movie is competing with the Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh starrer Runway 34 which seems to be doing fairly well comparatively at the box office.
