Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is unstoppable at the box office. The movie, which took a roaring start, quite literally, has shown a marvellous collection during the weekend, taking its domestic collection over Rs 250 crore and worldwide over Rs 400 crore.
Talking about domestic collection, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ had a bymper second weekend as it collected approx Rs 48 crore, taking the total collection to Rs 254.29 crore.
Now, talking of worldwide collections, the movie has raked in Rs 423 crore worldwide, making it the second-highest 2017 grosser, just after ‘Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion’. With this growth, we can safely say that ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is looking at a Rs 300 crore mark on domestic front, and a Rs 500 crore one, worldwide. Go!
The movie which has been helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar is the sequel of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, a 2012 superhit also starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ also stars Angad Bedi, Girish Karnad, Paresh Rawal, Anupriya Goenka, Sajjad Delafrooz amongst others, in pivotal roles.
