IIFA (International Indian Film Academy and Awards) returns with its 23rd edition to Yas Island, Abu Dhabi for the second successive year. Manish Malhotra showcasing his collection will be one of the highlights of the event.

Farah Khan and Rajkummar Rao will host the event. There will be performances by Amit Trivedi, Badshah, Sunidhi Chauhan, Nucleya, Mika, Sukhbir Singh. 

There is a fashion segment that is curated every year with an established designer which is one of the highlights of the IIFA weekend. The main focus is to create and inspire. 

This year, Manish Malhotra is all set to set the stage on fire with his unique brand at this fashion extravaganza. He will be honoured with an award for Outstanding Achievement for Fashion in Cinema to celebrate his globally acclaimed presence in the business of fashion and films.

About the designer…

Manish Malhotra has been a part of the Hindi film industry for 33 years. He introduced the concept of styling in costume design in Rangeela and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, which brought international fashion brands into the Indian market. In 2005, he launched his label, Manish Malhotra, and has three flagship stores in India’s metro cities, with his first international store coming up in Dubai.

“The collection is reflective of ‘old world charm meets the new world’ to create something breakthrough and imaginative. This collaboration aligns our joint synergy of innovation, progress and creativity which inspires. W are excited to exhibit our line at IIFA Rocks 2023.,” asserts Manish.

IIFA will be held at the Etihad Arena. Actors including Salman Khan, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nora Fatehi, and Rakul Preet Singh, will perform live during the awards show. Vicky Kaushal and Abhishek Bachchan will host the awards.
