Aamir Ali, a popular face in the television industry, recently was seen in the web series The Trial: Pyaar, Kanoon, Dhokha alongside Kajol. He played the role of a cop and left an indelible mark on the viewers with his performance. The actor was married to Sanjeeda Shaikh, another prominent face in the television industry. The two headed for divorce ending their 9-year-long marriage. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Aamir Ali opened up about being reluctant on doing intimate scenes with co-star Kubbra Sait.

Sharing whether the divorce from ex-wife Sanjeeda affected his work, he said, “We’ve always let each other be the way we wanted to be. Work was the same pehle (earlier), work is the same now. Ya, maybe, I did a scene in the show (The Trial) which you’ll see later, which I was a little hesitant in doing, but I did it. You’ll see the show, you’ll know which scene I’m talking about. It doesn’t happen twice, it happens once.”

The actor expressed his belief in the power of love. Aamir went on to emphasise the importance of a positive outlook and love’s presence in everyone’s lives. When questioned about his own experience with love, he shared that he is fortunate to have many people who love him. He also added that he reciprocates those feelings. With a hint of laughter, he added that he loves many individuals and things romantically.
Furthermore, when asked if his perception of love has changed following his divorce, Aamir stated that his belief in love and authenticity has remained consistent throughout his life. Aamir firmly believes in being genuine and true to oneself. He also said that he does not feel that this aspect of his character has undergone any significant change.
Ahead in the interview, he spoke about the struggle of being a single father. He also revealed that after quitting TV it was hard for him to find work.

Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Shaikh tied the knot in 2012, but unfortunately, their marriage came to an end in 2021 with a divorce. During their time together, they were blessed with a daughter through surrogacy. The two continue to co-parent their baby daughter Ayra.
