EXCLUSIVE: Adil Khan Durrani on rape allegations: Rakhi Sawant told the Irani girl to file a rape case, paid her Rs 3 lakhs in advance

Businessman Adil Khan Durrani was making headlines for his marriage and his divorce from Rakhi Sawant. Adil got married to Rakhi and got divorced a month after announcing their marriage. In February, Adil was arrested by Oshiwara police after she filed a case against him. The police have lodged an FIR under section 406 of IPC based on Rakhi’s complaint, alleging, he took her jewellery and money.

Later, another FIR was lodged by a young Iranian woman accusing Adil of rape. According to reports, the FIR was registered at the VV Puram Police Station in Mysore in accordance with IPC section 376. Finally, reacting to the rape allegations, Adil made some shocking revelations in Bollywood Bubble’s Podcast Let’s Talk podcast. He revealed that the Irani woman was her friend and Rakhi knew him. Adil Khan also mentioned that Rakhi Sawant paid her some money to file a false complaint.

He told Bollywood Bubble, “Mera vakil bohot acha argument karta hai aur arguent ke baad mujhe judicial custody de di. Judicial custody jaate hi I can apply for bail. Jab police custody main hote hai toh bail ke liye apply nahi kar sakte. Judicial custody mili toh mujhe ek step win mili thi. Toh Rakhi ji ne kya kiya, she took a flight aur seedha mysoore gayi. Jab bohot acha business chal raha hai toh dushman toh rahenge.

“Rakhi ne mere saare dushmanon ko ikhatta kiya aur uss Irani ladki ko. Main bohot baar milwa chuka hoon Rakhi ko ki meri achi dost hai. She told this girl ki ek rape case karke do and she paid her Rs 3 lakhs. She told her ki main Bollywood mein tumhe supermodel banaugi. Ye sab jhase phasaya. Uss ladki ko commissioner of police ke pass leke gayi in Mysore aur mujhe pe Article 376 jo rape ka ilzaam lagaya.” He continued.

Adil added that I was granted bail after 6-7 days in the fraud case and was happy. After he was out of jail, he got to know about a rape case which was alleged by an Irani woman.

“She was a very good friend of mine and not my girlfriend at all. Pichle 5 saal se main usko jaanta hu. Toh Rakhi kya karti hai, she goes aur usko bolti hai ki meri agar baat sunegi Rs 3 lakh advance le le, case karegi aur trap hojayega Adil toh main tujhe Rs 50 lakh dilwaungi iss case mein. Wo toh bhikaari hogayi and greedy hogayi, adding that the woman agreed to this agreement. Rakhi ne hi bola tha usko ki pehele nude videos de fir rape fit karte hai,” He further added.

Adil then narrated his court drama and he struggled in jail. “Fir court chalu hua aur hamne appear kiya aur bola ki ye fake case hai. Jab police custody mein the toh mera medical reports karwate hai. Negative proven tha ki maine kabhi uske saath sex nahi kiya tha toh mujhe bail milne ke chances zayda hogaye tha. Itne mein kya hota hai ki Mysore main mere pyaare dushman aur Rakhi ke muh bole bhai jail ander aate hai. Aur kaha ki Rakhi ne dhamki di hai ki tum muh nahi khologe media ke saamne aur kabhi bhi Mumbai nahi aaoge toh wo help karegi bail karwane mein.”

However, Adi agreed to these terms and was elated that he will be getting out of jail. On the day of the hearing, he called his lawyer to ask him about the bail. He came to know that Rakhi and the Irani girl (Roshina) have filed another FIR, saying that he gave death threats and that he will murder her with the car. Adil Khan then concluded that he called his parents and after seeking forgiveness from them, he was granted bail.

Adil Khan was in jail for 6 months in Rakhi Sawant case.
