Hema Sharma is a social media personality popularly known as Viral Bhabhi. Hema garnered immense attention owing to her engaging dance videos and reels. Hema Sharma on Bigg Boss 18
During the exclusive chat, when asked if she was offered to join Bigg Boss for the first time or if was she offered the show earlier as well, Hema Sharma answered, “This is the first time”.
During the same conversation, Viral Bhabi was asked about how she planned on controlling her aggression in the Bigg Boss 18 house. Answering this, Hema Sharma said, ” It depends on the situation. If something is digestible, there’s no need to get angry. If a smile can resolve an issue, why get angry? Some things, however, require a response, and sometimes anger is warranted. It depends on the situation. If it’s about character, then a smile isn’t appropriate; anger is necessary. We’ll assess the situation and respond accordingly, similar to how it’s done weekly in Bigg Boss.”
Hema on actors vs influencers debate
When asked how she plans on dealing with the actors vs influencers battle that normally happens in the Bigg Boss house, Viral Bhabhi replied, “Look, everyone loves their field, right? Makeup artists sometimes have disagreements with hairdressers too saying, ‘I’m better than you, let me work.’ It’s the same here. An actor may feel, ‘Who is this person? They go viral with a few reels and come into competition with us. We work extremely hard to make a name for ourselves, go to numerous auditions to bag roles and these people are claiming the same success as us by making videos on Instagram.’ This itself creates competition. I understand their jealousy, but I believe that today’s stars who are successful on social media are successful everywhere, and vice versa.”
Viral Bhabhi on working with Salman Khan in Dabangg 3
Talking about working in Dabangg 3 and how it was interacting with Salman Khan back then, Hema Sharma said, “Yes, I did Dabangg 3 because I wanted to, and it’s connected to my destiny. On October 2, I shot for Dabangg 3, and now, I was finalized for Bigg Boss 18 on the same day. (October 2). I had a feeling that I would receive confirmation about Bigg Boss on October 2 only. Everyone wants to see Salman Ji, who wouldn’t want to meet him? If God has given me the chance to share the stage with him, to stand by him and have fun, I’ve worked hard for this. This manifestation is a result of my hard work and commitment to achieve something. It’s a dream come true for me. I may even get emotional on that stage.”
Hema on her divorce rumours
Continuing the conversation, Viral Bhabi about her viral content and how she deals with trolling, Hema said in Hindi, “Many people have told me that I ended my first marriage because my husband became poor and I remarried for money. I replied that if a person is not good, I can leave a wealthy person too.”
During the short chat, Viral Bhabhi also opened up about her divorce and how the rumours regarding it went viral. She said, “The divorce rumours were planted, but when I saw them on Google, I thought, ‘Well, God has made me worthy enough that even discussions about my divorce are happening.’ So, I want to make myself strong enough that whether I’m sipping tea, getting married or getting divorced, everything becomes newsworthy. I want to clarify the truth and the lies about the divorce from within the Bigg Boss 18 house.”
