Rajat Dalal on needing controversies to be part of Bigg Boss 18
When asked if one needs to be attached to controversies to become a contestant on Bigg Boss, Rajat Dalal responds, “When I had controversies I didn’t have that much of audience reach or any account and neither was I a part of Bigg Boss. I didn’t have any idea about how or on what basis were contestants taken in the show. There were some reasons why there were controversies in my life, and I had to address them with some sort of reaction. Bigg Boss has no relation to the controversies that have happened in my life. If it matters to someone else I am not aware of it.”
Speaking about the allegations levelled against him – such as of kidnapping & a hit and run case, and if Rajat will be comfortable addressing these issues in the Bigg Boss 18 house, Rajat says, “If anyone raises any questions, it really just depends on who it is to get any response from me. I will ensure to only talk about whatever happens inside the house and not outside or anyone’s personal life. And if at all there is anything raised we will sort it then and there.”
Rajat on friendship with Elvish
Talking about his friendship with Elvish Yadav and if he too will be mostly known for his association with the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner, Rajat says, “Elvish is just like my brother. I really don’t have anything to deal with such things as of now. See we have brotherhood which we celebrate outside the house, if anyone questions this I will not have a problem with that. If it is in a positive sense or in a negative sense we will deal with it only then and there.”
Upon being asked who Rajat Dalal thinks will be his biggest competitor in Bigg Boss 18, he answers, “I don’t know who is coming on the show, so I don’t I can answer this.” Rajat Dalal also shares his excitement for Bigg Boss 18 and meeting Salman Khan. He says, “I am very happy and excited as well. I am well prepared not over-excited or anything.”
Revealing who his favourite contestant(s) from the past season are, Dalal says, “I haven’t watched anything from the past season. If spoken about OTT then I would support Lovekesh Katariya only, and before that, there was Munawar bhai with whom I communicate daily. There isn’t anyone apart from this”
