Esha Deol is one of the most renowned B-Town actresses. She has impressed the audience with her stunning performances in various films. Now, the actress is back with a web-series called Hunter. In light of that the actress sat with Bollywood Bubble for an exclusive interview. In the interview she shed light on several things, from being born to famous actors to her journey in Dhoom. Well, as the conversations got candid, Esha Deol revealed she had to take Hema Malini’s permission to wear a bikini in Dhoom.

Esha Deol on Dhoom…

Initially the host asked her about how Aditya Chopra selected her for Dhoom. While answering his question, Esha narrated an interesting anecdote about her selection and later also revealed that she had to seek Hema Malini’s permission to wear a bikini in Dhoom. Esha said Aditya had seen her jogging and had decided to cast her in Dhoom. Later, the Kaal actress visited Aditya Chopra and did a photoshoot with 7 different looks. Esha further said that she had a gut feeling that the film and Dhoom Machale song would do extremely well.

Esha Deol shares an anecdote on wearing a bikini onscreen…

As the conversations got candid the actress also shared how she took her mother’s permission to wear a Bikini in Dhoom. To the actress’ surprise Hema Malini had a very casual and cool reaction to Esha wearing a bikini. Esha said, “He said that you will have to wear a bikini, so are you ready to do that? So I said just give me one day, let me take permission from my mom whether I can wear a bikini. Then I came home and asked her.I was very scared when I was asking her…..”

The No Entry actress further added, “Her (Hema Malini)reaction was very different. She was like yeah, wear. What is in that? You wear it with your friends or when you go on holidays. But, make sure it’s shot nicely. So I went back and told him.”

Esha completed her anecdote by telling us that she also had to gain a certain shape to wear a bikini. Further the actress decided to work on herself and completely nailed the scene. Apart from Dhoom, many Esha Deol movies like Kaal, No Entry have done exceptionally well at the box office.
