She said, “Yeh film hui nahi. Yeh Raju Raja Ram kehke ek Marathi play hai aur uspe film banne wali thi. Ipse Salman (Khan), Chi Chi (Govinda), Jackie (Shroff) – teen hero aur main (star karne wale the). Iska photoshoot hua, publicity hua par woh film bani nahi. Maine Jackie ki film Grahan ki thi aur yeh second ya third film thi unki production ke liye. (This film wasn’t made. It was supposed to be a film adaptation of the Marathi play Raju Raja Ram. It was a three-hero film featuring Salman, Govinda and Jackie. A photoshoot was done but the film wasn’t made. This was the second or third film of Shroff’s production house.)”
On being asked why the film got shelved, the actress replied, “Pata nahi. David Dhawan was supposed to direct it. Pata nahi kiss wajeh se nahi hua. Yeh comedy (film) thi. Banti toh bahut mazedaar banti. (Who knows… David Dhawan was supposed to direct it. It was a comedy film. If made, it would have been entertaining.)”
