EXCLUSIVE: Tanishaa Mukerji reveals how she handles conflicts with sister Kajol; says, “We all have the right to express ourselves freely”

Bollywood actress Tanishaa Mukerji shares a close bond with her sister and actress Kajol. The Neal ‘n’ Nikki actress opened up about her relationship with her sister, Bollywood star Kajol. She highlighted how she deals with the disagreements despite their contrasting personalities.

The star sisters share a deep bond of understanding and respect; however, they do have conflicts like every other sibling. Tanishaa in conversation with Bollywood Bubble, shared how she deals with the disagreements with sister Kajor and said, “Well, differences of opinion are natural and they should be. As individuals, we all have the right to express ourselves freely without any restriction and that’s exactly the culture in our family as well. Having said that, differences of opinion are different and we have embraced the fact that differences of opinion are normal. So we have learnt to love all the similarities and respect the differences of opinion. It’s there in every family. What’s important is that as siblings, there’s a lot of love between me and her and we are each other’s source of love and strength. That’s what is most important.”

Tanishaa feels that they don’t let their differences affect their relationship and instead focus on supporting each other in both personal and professional spheres.

Furthermore, the actress also sheds light on her idea about marriage and expressed, “Marriage is beautiful when done with the right person. I have seen some wonderful marriages around me, be it my own parents, my sister or some of my friends. As far as my marriage is concerned, if there’s anything happening ever in my life, my friends from the media fraternity will be the first ones to know about it. Till then, let’s give this subject a break.” (she smiles)

Earlier this month, a playful video of their fight from the Durga Puja went viral on the internet. However, their fight video went viral on the internet, and there were several other happy moments of the two sisters on the auspicious occasion that also gained attention.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Tanishaa Mukerji’s stint on television. The actress has been a part of several hit reality shows. She was in Bigg Boss 7, Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11. On the other hand, Kajol was last seen in Do Patti with Kriti Sanon and Shaheer Sheikh. It mystery thriller film was released on Netflix on October 25, 2024. She will be next seen in Sarzameen, Maharagni- Queen of Queens, Maa.
