EXCLUSIVE: Falaq Naazz on dealing with Sheezan Khan’s media trial: Mai kisi bhi hadh tak jaa sakti thi to protect him

Falak Naazz is one of the most renowned names in the television industry who rose to fame with Bigg Boss OTT 2. During her time in the house, Falaq left an everlasting impression in front of the viewers. For the uninitiated, Falaq Naazz is the sister of Sheezan Khan.

Sheezan Khan was brought in front of the media after his girlfriend committed suicide and he got dragged into the matter. He was termed as a suspect in the case. Now, we had a chance to speak with Falaq Naaz in the Bollywood Bubble’e episode of XtraOrdinaryYou. During the chat, Falaq Naazz got candid with the media trial of Sheezan Khan and she opened up about the same.

Falaq Naazz on Sheezan Khan’s media trial

During the chat, Falaq opened up about what she felt during the ongoing trial of Sheezan Khan. She said, “Mai kisi bhi hadh tak jaa sakti thi, jaa rahi thi to protect him, to get him out of it. Mushkil tha, bahot royi hu, bahot saari raatein hai jaha soyi nahi, bahot se aise din hai ke khaya nahi. Constantly Sheezan chalta tha dimag me. Media trial to ek alag hi level pe chal raha tha. But, wo sab nahi soch sakte the hum uss waqt me. Mera wo focus hi nahi tha. Mujhe aisa tha ke, bhaad me gaya sab, mujhe idhar focus karna hai. Mujhe isko lekar aana hai bahar at any cost.”

(I could have gone to any level to protect him. It was difficult, I cried a lot, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat. Sheezan was constantly on my mind. Media trial was already going on but we couldn’t think of that. My focus was on Sheexan and I wanted to get him out at any cost.)

When asked about how she dealt with it, Falaq said, “Koi option nahi tha, I had to deal with it. negativity pe toh mai jaa hi nahi sakti thi. Mujhe mummy ko sambhalna tha. Mujhe chote bhai ko sambhalna tha. Aur sabse zyada mujhe Sheezan ko sambhalna tha. Usko summed mujhse thi ke ye bahar hai toh ye kuch kar lengi. Aur mujhe aaj tak nahi pata ke mujh me wo power kaha see aayi thi uss waqt.”

(There was no option. I couldn’t have chosen the path of negativity. I had to handle my mom, my younger brother, and most importantly Sheezan. He was hoping that I would do something about the situation and I don’t know from where my power came from)

Further in the interview, Falaq Naazz also opened up about her parents’ separation. She also shares how her mother battled several judgments and faced financial troubles post-separation.
