Falaq Naazz on fearing about Sheezan Khan getting labeled
During the conversation, we asked Falaq that despite being proven innocent, after such instances society labels the victim as a murderer. Do you fear the same when it comes to Sheezan? To which she said, “No! Mujhe aisa lagta hai aur mai usko bhi ye bolti hu ki zindagi me jo cheez tumne ki hi nahi hai uske baare me affect hone ki zaroorat nahi. Jo kiya hi nahi hai uske baare me sochke pareshan kyu hona. Ultimately society ka kaam hai kuch na kuch bolna ( No! I always tell Sheezan that if you have not done something in life, you should not even be affected by it. Because if we have not done something, why should we stress ourselves by thinking about it? The society will keep saying something or the other).”
She further added, “Aap please nahi kar sakte sabko, na sabko khush rakh sakte ho. Aap khud sukoon me raho, aapki family ko aapka sach pata hone chahiye and I think that’s enough. Logo ki agar sochne baith jayenge na, toh zinda nahi reh payenge. Tags toh milte rehte hai, par wo kitne sach ya jhooth hai ye aapke attitude pe depend karta hai (You can’t please and keep everyone happy. Make peace with yourself and your family should be aware of the truth. Which I think is enough. If we keep thinking about people, we won’t be able to live. We will keep getting tags, but it’s our attitude that justifies how true is that).“
