EXCLUSIVE: Hansika Motwani on insider vs outsider: Getting launched is easy but doing good films is another struggle

Hansika Motwani is a self-made star. The actress began her career as a child artist in Hindi films, and later went on to appear in lead roles in Telugu, as well as Tamil films. Today, she is one of the most successful stars in the industry. The actress recently joined Bollywood Bubble for a candid conversation and opened up about being an outsider and personal life.

Hansika talks about ‘insider vs outsider’

The actress said that it wasn’t easy to make it big in the industry. When asked about insider vs outsider debate, Hansika Motwani said, “Today, every Friday, you’ve a lot more talent coming up. You have much more prep kids out there who know everything, who are more experienced in different aspects that we took time to get experience in. But there’s a lot of talent out there.”

She added, “Sometimes, getting launched is easy but sometimes it’s a struggle of sustaining and doing good films, getting that great scripts that’s another struggle. So yes, there are ups and downs. But I think this is a journey which keeps going on. You have to keep thriving and not keep giving up.”

Furthermore, Hansika said that she is secure as an actor. She said, “We actors do get insecure about a few things but its ok. I really think its ok because then only you will start exploring other things, and then only you’ll come out of your comfort zone and take that step. With me, I as a peson am a very secure person. I’ve always believed agar kisiko kuch karna hai na whoh karke hi rahegenge. Agar koi cheez mere pass aani hai toh woh aake hi rahegi. I’ve always been that person.”

During the candid conversation, Hansika also reacted to the nasty media reports about her wedding.
