EXCLUSIVE: Karan Kundrra admits dating insecure partners in past, says, ‘Unko lagta tha ki…’

Tinsel Town’s heartthrob Karan Kundrra is hosting the first season of the dating reality show Temptation Island India. The show attempts to test loyalty between four couples by separating them surrounded with tempters. Karan Kundrra always grabs headlines due to his relationship with Tejasswi Prakash. Ahead of the show he shared his thoughts on modern-day relationships. Now, in an exclusive chat with Bollywood Bubble, Karan Kundrra shared if he has been insecure in his relationship. He admitted why his partners were insecure about him. The actor further shared if he had ever been tempted.

Karan Kundrra opens up about his partner being insecure

When we asked Karan if he has ever felt insecure in his relationships, he insisted, “Never! I have never been a very insecure sort of person.”

We further prodded him if his partners have been insecure of him to which he admitted, “Yes. The fact that I am so chill. For me, if I trust you, I won’t ask you since its disrespectful. Toh unko lagta tha ki ye sach me chill hai, ya hume aisa nahi kar raha iska ye matlab nahi ki ye chupa raha hai (So they thought whether he’s really chill or not doing it to us or is he hiding something). So ya it’s pretty normal between a girl and a boy.”

Karan shared how insecurity can ruin a relationship and recalled an instance from the show. He shared, “During 1^st week, when a girlfriend and her boyfriend were send in separate villa’s she was scared f he cheats. Toh usne iss darr mei ki wo kuch karra hoga, aur mujhe uska badla lena hai is chakkar mai usne itna kuch kardiya. Baadme pata chala ki jisse expected tha, wo boyfriend bichare ne kuch nahi kiya (In fear that her boyfriend would cheat her, she crossed her boundaries. While everyone assumed that the guy would cheat, instead he did nothing). And you went ahead and out of the ego or anger or just a thought that waha kya chal raha hoga, you went ahead and did everything and regret it later.“

Revealing if he has ever been tempted despite being in a relationship, Karan said, “Look at me (laughs). I don’t think so. If I feel I am not understanding something and it is wrong, I prefer to walk out. I am not somebody who will pursue aur fir apni zindagi barbaad karo, dosro ki bhi karo. Woo mai karke dekh chuka hu, it’s been hell (I won’t continue being in a relation as it will ruin mine and other person’s life. I have don’t that and it’s been hell).

Karan and Tejasswi fell for each other during their stint inside the Bigg Boss 15 house. Unlike other relationships that bloom inside the house, these two continued strong even after coming out of the house. Today, they are one of the strongest and most adored couples in the industry.
