The natural star remembered how a director once told him he would never become a filmmaker. Nani expressed how he felt about the same.
He told us, “Once, I really felt bad was when a director told me that I’ll never become the director. They called everyone inside and said ‘Mark my words, you will never become a director. You don’t have it in you’.“
The actor added, “Then I felt very bad. Like, extremely bad. Because, somebody saying bad words is okay, but somebody hitting on your dream is very difficult to take.”
The natural star continued, “These things have happened back-to-back non-stop. But it comes to nothing to what I have today. I am full of gratitude. I can go through that two more times to be able to enjoy this.“
