Now, in an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Prachi Desai opened up about how Ektaa Kapoor and Ram Kapoor reacted when she revealed about her Bollywood debut.

Prachi Desai became a household name when she appeared in Ektaa Kapoor’s TV show Kasamh Se, also starring Ram Kapoor. She began her journey with the small screen and earned much appreciation for her skills. Now, Prachi Desai has shared how Ektaa Kapoor and Ram Kapoor reacted when she opened up about her Bollywood debut movie and had to leave the show.

Prachi Desai shares, “The sense of pride and happiness I saw on their faces at the time, almost as if ‘oh this is our little girl and now she’s going to do this’. I couldn’t have asked for anything more or anything better. It also instills a sense of confidence in you. You feel like you are doing the right thing or this is something that you will be proud of later. That just felt so so so great.”

She added, “I think it was quite selfless in a sense because they did not think about their show and worry about present TRPs and how can we just let her go. I don’t think that was the thought at all. I felt that selflessness is something that you find rarely, someone being happy for you to move on while you are actually collaborating with them. So that was amazing on their part.”
