EXCLUSIVE: Sana Makbul reveals why her friends weren’t with her onstage to celebrate her Bigg Boss OTT 3 win; says, “I called them, but nobody came”

After 42 entertaining days, JioCinema Premium’s Bigg Boss OTT Season 3 came to an end on August 2. While Sana Makbul was crowned the winner of the Anil Kapoor-hosted reality show, Naezy was declared the first runner-up and Ranvir Shorey was announced as the second runner-up.  Bollywood Bubble recently caught up with the BB OTT 3 winner for a candid conversation where Sana talked about marriage, the male contestants and more.

During the sit-down interview, Sana Makbul opens up about her Bigg Boss OTT 3 win, why her friends – Vishal Pandey, Shivani Kumari and Lovekesh Kataria, weren’t with her when she lifted the trophy and lots more. Read on to know all she said.

Sana Makbul on no one celebrating her win

When asked about the other Bigg Boss OTT 3 contestants not joining her on stage to celebrate her win and her having to call them to be by her side, Sana Makbul says, “I think they were instructed because they (the makers) wanted to capture the moment. Par moment – mujhe lagta hai, ek minute ka hota hai. Winner annouce ho gaya (lifting her hand) – that’s my moment. But after that I kept calling them, just come. But nobody came. However, the only people who mattered to me were my mom and my sister, and they came. Baaki sab mere liye matter nahi karta.”

She continued, “Mujhe chahiye tha ki Vishal Pandey, Shivani Kumari aur Lovekesh Kataria aaye and mere saath woh trophy lift kare kyuki hum sab ka woh tha, hum apne aap ko bolte the ‘Top 4, top 4.’ I wanted that… But I think bringing light to that thing… Even I don’t know… Maine kahi sunna ki they were instructed not to get up as the makers wanted to capture the moment. How true is that statement I have no idea.”
