However, it can be a matter of concern for their parents. Well, speaking about the same, Sanjay Kapoor revealed that as a father, he will always have concern for Shanaya Kapoor. But he is impressed with how Shanaya has worked in this fragile industry.

When asked if he feels a sense of pride with Shanaya Kapoor’s work, he said, “She’s starting off like right now. I don’t want to talk about Shanaya because it’s too early to talk. But yes, I’m very happy with what she’s doing. The kind of sincerity, focus and hard work she shows is incredible because this is what it takes in any field. Finally, it is your hard work, sincerity and dedication towards your passion towards your work, especially, in this line because it’s fragile. There are a lot of ups and downs but you just have to keep on trying and giving your best thing. And she’s on the right track here.“

When asked if her career concerns him due to the nepotism debate. He said, “As a parent, you will always have a concern about your children whether you are in a part of this industry or anything.“

“Aap apna kaam karte jao, agar har cheez pe concern hone jaoyege toh aap kaam se hatt jaoyege. (One should continue doing their work. If you have concerns then one would be distracted from their work.) You keep on doing things, and let people talk about what they want to. Finally, you have to do good work and this is people are going to appreciate your work. A little bit baatein jo hoti hai wo hone do. (Let the whispers continue.)“
