Shalini Passi on having multiple clones
When asked if Shalini Passi would require 48 hours, the socialite said, “I think I would want to have 68 hours a day. I wish I could clone myself, one going working, one working for UNICEF, one working for the Art Foundation, one going to all these glamourous parties which I am invited to, one doing classes, one doing the interviews, all of us can be better.”
During the same interview, Shalini was asked if she could be someone other than herself then who would it be, to which she answered, “I could be me. Or I could be Audrey Hepburn or Mother Teresa in one. But like together. Audrey’s life wasn’t like a dream, from a very difficult past where she was in World War 2 and she just took it. I think it was the goodness and kindness, because when you see her she was graceful even in the most difficult times. And so was Mother Teresa. Just someone who was always giving.”
Shalini Passi on Botox and fillers
Speaking if she were in support of people doing botox, Shalini Passi said, “Well not extensively. But like if something is helping someone then…But also these things are very harmful when injected into the skin. They have a lot of repercussions, and when doing something like this you should search and figure out if this is something you really want to do. I see young girls who are like 23-24, and each one of them looks the same.”
She added, “If you open Instagram, they dress the same. The sad part is you are like 20,21…25, and you have coloured your hair the same. But there is a certain face cut you would come across that’s flat on the cheek section, big lips and this perfectly curved forehead. And the jawline, chin, and nose are the same, it’s like a cookie cutter. The doctors prescribe it. I have a cut on my eyebrow which is why it is not symmetrical I could have fixed it but I didn’t. When you are older and you do it, it’s very different. But still, it is like you are prone to blindness or anything. So I would suggest people to be mindful.”
