Sonnalli Seygall had been a ramp model before she decided to try her luck at the Miss India Worldwide competition. She has been an anchor at live events for Reebok, Castrol, Indiatimes, Filmfare, and Times of India. Sonnalli also played a lead role in Jai Mummy Di, with Sunny Singh, Supriya Pathak and Poonam Dillon. It was a film directed by Navjot Gulati. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Sonnalli Seygall responds to trolls on social media about practising fitness during pregnancy.

Sonnalli Seygall shares how active she is on social media, however, she agrees to be a flaky person when using social media. She said, “I am an extremely flaky person, I blow hot blow cold. I have a team who sometimes assists me to post, sometimes I do it on my own, but I have these phases. Mostly on the work front, I ask my team to assist me, as it is just easier to do so, and I do not have to use a lot of my head on what to post and all. Otherwise, I am very lazy with social media, I feel if I wasn’t an actor, my career, and income wouldn’t be influenced by it, and I wouldn’t have been on social media. I sometimes find it a lot, to be honest.”
Further adding, “When I find it a lot I usually take a break. I think in the past few years I have unfollowed a lot of handles, I follow people who are extremely like close, some colleagues not all of them, like very good friends. Sometimes, I follow handles that inspire me. And when it comes to posting, when I found out I was pregnant, I didn’t post or barely posted for 2 or 3 months or so. From posting 2-3 times a week, I will post in a few months. I have just followed my heart, and if I didn’t feel like posting I didn’t post.”

Before concluding, Sonnalli Seygall responded firmly to the trolls she got when practising fitness during her pregnancy. She said, “And now suddenly I am into this whole thing of posting. In my second trimester, my energy was also high so I was like let’s go. I am currently in this phase of sharing what I do or how I feel, especially my fitness videos and health videos or yoga. It’s because I genuinely want to share it with the world. And you know a lot of times people ask me Aap pregnant ho but yeh sab kar rahe ho? And I would say ki main bimaar nahi hoon main pregnant hoon. I want to normalise people practising fitness during pregnancy, and I want to share that and tell my experience.”
