EXCLUSIVE: Sunidhi Chauhan reacts to constant comparison with Shreya Ghoshal, says, “logon ko ye karna chahiye”

Sunidhi Chauhan is undoubtedly one of the most bankable and talented singers in our country. Be it peppy numbers or romantic ballads, the singer effortlessly aces every song she lends her voice to. Comparisons are bound to happen in our industry and the case is not different when it comes to the music industry. Sunidhi Chauhan too faces comparison with her peers and contemporaries, especially Shreya Ghoshal. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, the singer opened up about her equation with Shreya and revealed how such opinions are only limited to fan wars.

We asked Sunidhi that how does she meander through such comparisons because eventually you guys are not competing. She said, “That’s exactly what we are doing. Not just Shreya but there are so many other singers like Shilpa Rao, Shalmali, and Neeti. I mean you have to look at us when we meet it’s like a party. We love to meet each other and we chat, we crack up and we are just here for music and for the love of it. Jaha tak logon ki baat hai, unko ye karna chahiye kyuki unko wo karke Khushi milti hai (As far as people are concerned, they should do such comparisons because it makes them happy). They love it. I don’t know unko kya numbers milte hai wo karne se par unko kuch toh milta hai. Toh unko karne do (I don’t know what numbers do they get by doing so, but they definitely earn something . So let them do.)“
