EXCLUSIVE: Vicky dropped me before our wedding so his dance could be better: Ankita Lokhande’s hilarious accusation

Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain tied the knot in December 2021. The couple’s wedding was all about fun, laughter and love. Recently, Ankita and Vicky sat down for an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble and opened up about their love story, wedding and more. The couple spilled the beans on their sangeet function.

Ankita reveals a hilarious incident from dance rehearsal

For the uninitiated, Ankita had suffered a leg injury before tying the knot with her now-husband Vicky. While talking about her broken leg, Ankita joked that Vicky intentionally dropped her during dance rehearsal so that his sangeet performance could be better as compared to hers.

Ankita told us, “Kya hogaya hum dono hi dancers hai. Humare beech waise hi badi competition wali bhavna hai. Hum compete karte hai ek dusre ke saath. Hum waise couple hai. Yeh baar baar bolta tha dekhte hai kiska performance best hota hai aur mein bhi dekhte hai kiska performance best hota hai. Ab 7 taarik ko meri taang tut gayi iski wajah se. Isne mujhe uthaya aur.. Hum dance rehearsal kar rahe the humare duet ka aur isne mujhe uthaya aur mujhe chod diya. Isne mujhe chod diya aur mera pair khat se aisa hogaya (We both are dancers. We have such a great competitive spirit. We compete with each other. We are such a couple. He used to say let’s see whose performance is better and I used to say the same. Now, on 7^th Feb I broke my leg because of him. We were dance rehearsing our duet and he picked me up and dropped me off. We dropped me and I broke my leg)”

When asked if it was intentional, Vicky said, “No.” Ankita laughed as she agreed to him. Vicky then joked, “It happened and I realised whatever happens, happens for a reason (laughs)”

Ankita and Vicky’s sangeet performance was all about dance and having fun.
