The editor-in-chief of Vogue, Anna Wintour, hosted the much-anticipated fundraiser to raise money for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute. A-list celebrities like Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Hemsworth, and Bad Bunny served as its co-chairs. Met Gala 2024 was held on May 6 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, with the theme ‘Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion,’ mirroring the upcoming Costume Institute exhibit. The dress code for the night was A Garden in Time and some celebs didn’t disappoint.
From bold avant-garde statements to timeless elegance, attendees matched the theme in innovative ways, sparking conversations and setting trends. As per usual, this supermodel slayed the theme. Not only did she bring justice to the theme of Met this year but also ATE. Gigi is wearing an ivory gown by Thom Browne. She looks like a garden of flowers watered with love.
