Actor Janhvi Kapoor shows us what happens when fashion and sport come together. And well, it creates some unique fashion that leaves you spellbound. Speaking of which, Janhvi once again stunned us with her fashion choice during her appearance at Ganga Arti in Varanasi. Promoting her upcoming movie Mr and Mrs Mahi, Janhvi was seen wearing a stunning blue kanjivaram saree with a hand painted cricket detail.
Well, a replica of the stadium during World Cup 1983 has been printed on her pallu. The warli painting looked beautiful that not only highlighted the evolution of cricket but the foundation. Her stylist Ami Patel wrote, “Two things we love – cricket and our Indian weaves. A traditional kanjivaram saree with a hand painted cricket detail. The pallu depicts a batsman scoring a boundary in a full stadium, 1983 when India won he World Cup, in the traditional warli style of painting. The evolution of the cricket bat is also highlighted flanked by the foundational cricket jargon.“

During the trailer launch of Mr and Mrs Mahi, she was seen wearing a red and blue saree with a customised blouse that had 6 number at the back. Moreover, she has been wearing ensembles with cricket balls or the 6 number on it.
The Mili actor rounded her kanjivaram saree with minimal makeup and matching earrings. Her Gajra only adds value to her beauty. Janhvi also shared a video on her Instagram where she is seen getting all mushy just like reel-life characters Mahima and Mahendra. They looked adorable.
Directed by Sharan Sharma, Mr and Mrs Mahi is scheduled to release on May 31 in cinemas. Janhvi and Rajkummar are reuniting with each other after starring in Horror-comedy Roohi.
