2018: Bollywood sequels that'll entertain us this year

‘2.0’

Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar's sci-fi fictional drama '2.0' is one of the most anticipated films of 2018. It is the sequel of Rajinikanth's blockbuster film 'Robot' that had starred Aishwarya Rai opposite him.

‘Race 3’

The 'Race' franchise has been our favourite for long and this year we are all the more excited for the sequel because it will see none-other-than Salman Khan in the lead. The rest of the cast includes Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah, Jacqueline Fernandez and many others.

‘Student Of The Year 2’

Yes, sequel to Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra's debut film 'Student Of The Year' is in the making. But this time, we will see Tiger Shroff taking the lead. The announcement of others stars featuring in this film is yet to be made.

‘Baaghi 2’

Well, 'SOTY 2' is not the only film featuring Tiger Shroff that will entertain us in 2018. 'Baaghi 2' is also in the making that will see Tiger and his alleged girlfriend Disha Patani in the lead. The film is slated to release in April, 2018.

‘Happy Bhag Jayegi Returns’

The sweet and simple film 'Happy Bhag Jayegi' starring Diana Penty, Ali Fazal and Abhay Deol won hearts with its simplicity and on spot romance. Well, for the sequel, there is an addition. Sonakshi Sinha too would be a part of 'Happy Bhag Jayegi Returns'.

‘Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se’

The family entertainer starring Dharmendra and his two sons 'Yamla Pagla Deewana' became such a hit that they are coming up with the third part of this film. The shooting is on and the film will hit the screens somewhere in 2018.

‘Sadak 2’

Rumours were abuzz that the sequel to Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt's hit film 'Sadak' is in the making. And it was confirmed when Sanjay and Pooja shared the same on social media. Reports also say that movie would see Pooja Bhatt and Alia Bhatt as mother-daughter duo.

‘Hate Story 4’

The three parts of erotic-thriller 'Hate Story' have kind of worked at the box office and hence, we have 'Hate Story 4' in the making. This time we will see Urvashi Rautela in the lead.

The lineup of films that we have for the year 2018 is damn interesting. With unique concept and unique plots, we definitely are in for a treat in the new year. Well, with this, let us also tell you that we will also see a lot of sequels in 2018.
