While shooting the Flood sequence, a huge water snake was spotted. The snake was unharmed and was let to go. The snake however appeared again while srk was shooting a water scene. The whole cast and crew was Panicked and SRK was immediately pulled out of the water.

During the Promotions of the film, SRK was Detained by the Customs at the Airport in USA for almost an hour. People first thought this was a PR Stunt for the films promotion but later it was clear that it wasn’t a stunt.

To give his 100% for the Role of Rizwan Shaikh, Shah Rukh Khan remained in Rizwan’s character even at home. He also spent time with people having asperger's syndrome, used to watch the videos and used to read the books related to that sickness. Karan Johar admitted to this and said “It’s true Shah Rukh remained in character as Rizwan Khan even at home. At home in his body language he's always Rizwan. I see him doing it all the time. I don't think he has got out of it. Even when he's with his children at home.”
