Akshay Kumar
First on our list is Akshay Kumar whose story to fame (by luck) is not less than a dream. The star used to work as a waiter in a restaurant in Bangkok. And after returning from Bangkok, he started teaching martial arts. But then things started changing, when a photographer friend of his recommended modelling to him. He missed his flight to Bangalore for a modelling assignment and started knocking at studio doors with his portfolio. As ye,s his luck was strong that he got a film the very same day!
Madhuri Dixit
Then we have the 'Dhak Dhak' girl of Bollywood who was once approached by a film producer after being impressed with her dancing abilities. The actress' parents were against her entry into the film industry as she was just 15 years old. But, later when Madhuri’s sister’s friend saw her, she received a film's offer Barjatya’s on her recommendation and Madhuri readily accepted.
Arjun Rampal
