The ending dialogue
‘Ektarfa pyar ki taakat hi kuch aur hoti hai’. Well, it does remind us a bit of ‘Rockstar’, but then it is being helmed by the master himself, so we are definitely liking the mysterious note on which they have left the teaser.
Anushka Sharma in bridal avatar
Looks like she is the bride, and yet so playful, and relatable, unlike the coy and crying brides we usually witness in Bollywood movies. She looks gorgeous.
Fawad Khan!
The dashing lad is just there for two scenes in the teaser, and manages to steal our hearts then and there with the intensity portrayed.
Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai’s chemistry
It’s magical and there is no other word to explain it. We were particularly curious to know as to how these two will look together and their chemistry is absolutely electrifying!
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
She enters like a queen, and just captures our hearts from the first frame itself. Aishwarya is ethereal in the teaser and looks gorgeous, emoting perfectly. That *aadab* though. Sigh!
Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor’s playful scenes
There is something endearing about the way the duo hold on to each other in the scenes. Laughing, sharing, or just being silent, it’s all portrayed beautifully.
The locations
If there is one thing that is amazing in Karan Johar’s movies apart from the plot and performances, it’s the cinematography, and ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ fares beautifully on this scale, with the scenic beauty of London and Paris comes alive in the frames.
Ranbir Kapoor and Arijit Singh
The song just tugs at your heartstrings, as Arjit croons out the title number, and Ranbir belts it out perfectly on screen.
The magical start
With a starry introduction to what we are about to witness, with reference to Karan’s earlier masterpieces like ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ and ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna’. We wait with bated breath for what’s next.
Finally, after teasing and tantalising for so long, the first looks and subsequently the teaser of Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ are out. Was it worth the wait? You bet it was, and already we can’t wait for the full length trailer, and the movie which is to be released this Diwali.
