Baazi (1995)
As Aamir Khan celebrates his 53rd birthday today, let's celebrate the actor who has donned multiple skins to get into the characters, and give us stories to remember. Let's start with 'Baazi'. By the time Aamir Khan signed the movie, he had already delivered hits like 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak' (which also gave him the first full fledged exposure as a lead actor), 'Dil', 'Dil Hai Ke Manta NahI' and 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar'. 'Then, in 'Baazi', he went undercover and dressed as a woman as the script's demand. The film wasn't a huge success, but his performance garnered appreciation.
Mangal Pandey: The Rising (2005)
Directed by Ketan Mehra, Aamir's titular role in this film revolved around Mangal Pandey, an Indian warrior who not only fought the British bravely, but also played an important role behind initiating the Sepoy Mutiny of 1857. With his shoulder-long hair, moustache and a chiseled body, Aamir donned a look that he never tried before, and nailed it nevertheless.
Ghajini (2008)
'Ghajini' had Aamir playing a man with short term memory loss. He also beefed up to a great extent and his haircut became such a rage that fans started copying it.
PK (2014)
Aamir as a humanoid alien convinced to bits. His messy hair, huge ears, big eyes and forever-raised eyebrows together make for the most natural makeover we've ever seen!
Dangal (2016)
Arguably the best Hindi film of 2016, 'Dangal' is probably one of Aamir's best works yet. To get into the shoes of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, he gained around 30 kilos and then had to lose it all over again, while playing the younger self of Phogat. It's a transformation we can't forget ever.
Thugs Of Hindostan (2018)
His next release 'Thugs of Hindostan', wherein he plays a thug (pirate), Aamir will be seen wearing nosepin and ear studs, along with a different hairstyle. We are sure that Aamir again will give us a performance to remember.
