Aftab Shivdasani tied the knot with Nin Dusanj in the year 2014, but it was a very private affair. They just registered their marriage in the court and did not perform the customary ceremonies. The couple wanted to save it for later and after three long years, the beautiful couple finally celebrated their ‘D-Day’.

So Aftab and Nin were touring Sri Lanka when they came across a beautiful property named Anantara Peace Haven in Tangalle. They fell in love with the property and decided to get married there. They wanted a destination wedding and found a beautiful place in Sri Lanka to do so. Their wedding lasted for two days with functions like Mehendi and beach party being carried out on day 1. On day 2, Aftab and Nin exchanged their wedding vows as per Hindu ceremony. Not just this, the couple also sought blessings from local Sri Lankan monks.
