Alia Bhatt welcomed her first child with Ranbir Kapoor on Sunday. The actress gave birth to a baby girl. The couple is yet to reveal their daughter’s face. And if reports are to be believed, Alia went for a C-section delivery. Apart from Alia Bhatt, there are many Bollywood actresses who went for Caesarean delivery. Alia Bhatt: Alia Bhatt welcomed her and Ranbir Kapoor’s first child, a baby girl on Sunday. Alia shared the good news with a small note that read, “And in the best news of our lives: Our baby is here… and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love – blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!!!! Love love love Alia and Ranbir.” According to several media reports, Alia opted for a C-section delivery.

Kareena Kapoor Khan: Kareena Kapoor is a proud mommy of two kids – Taimur and Jehangir Ali Khan. Kareena’s first born, Taimur, was born via C-section delivery. The actress had told The Quint, “I actually had to have a Caesarean delivery because his head was down. He had already turned very fast. So, he was ready to come out, it was very low. I was very hyper. I was getting anxiety during the labour so they had to perform a C-section.” Kareena also gave birth to her second child, via C-section delivery.

The actress had penned a note on her post pregnancy body that read, “As part of my #imperfectlyperfect campaign I promised I’d share my post partum journey so here it goes. It’s really damn hard on the body when it’s a c section because the stitches hurt like mad. Nothing can ready you for the sleepless nights of endless feedings and your body just feels so out of whack it can really get you down. The tummy swelling takes a while to go and this day 5 post delivery. Im thrilled to have my daughter in my arms but I can’t help but feel hormonally challenged because of all the changes.
