Superstar Amitabh Bachchan completed 52 years in the Hindi film industry on November 7, Sunday. Sr Bachchan made his acting debut with the film Saat Hindustani, back in 1969. The film had released on November 7. He made a post on his social media handles and shared pictures from his debut film, today. The superstar even mentioned that he had signed Saat Hindustani on February 15, 1969. Amitabh Bachchan reminisced memories from his acting debut. Zanjeer (1973): The superstar played the character of a police officer named Vijay Khanna. The film even featured Jaya Bachchan and Pran.
Don (1978): Big B played the role of Vijay aka Don in the movie. The film also starred Zeenat Aman and Pran.
Agneepath (1990): The superstar received his first National Film Award for Best Actor for his performance in the movie.
Black (2005): The movie starred Sr Bachchan and Rani Mukerji. Big B received his second National Film Award, fourth Filmfare Award and second Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor, for his performance.
Paa (2009): Big B received his third National Film Award and fifth Filmfare Award for Best Actor after his performance in this film. The movie also featured Abhishek Bachchan and Vidya Balan.
Piku (2015): The film featured Sr Bachchan, the late Irrfan Khan, and Deepika Padukone. Sr Bachchan won several accolades for his stellar performance, including a National Film Award and Filmfare Award (critics) for Best Actor.
Big B had marked his film career in 1969. He started as a voice narrator in Mrinal Sen’s film Bhuvan Shome.
