Arjun Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor
Arjun Kapoor and cousin Sonam Kapoor are more like best friends than a brother and a sister. Both of them proved to be great actors, but we would love to see them together on the big screen. Arjun has already shared the screenspace with uncle Anil (Sonam's father) in the film 'Mubarakan' and now it's time for Arjun and Sonam to team up.
Emraan Hashmi and Alia Bhatt
No doubt that actress Alia Bhatt has already become a bankable star and even a favourite of many filmmakers. It would be quite great to see the actress teaming up with her cousin and actor Emraan Hashmi. More popular for his title as Bollywood’s serial kisser, Emraan has proved his acting prowess and versatility as an performer. Interestingly, in one of his earlier interviews, Emraan had said that he would love to team up with Alia. Well, we just hope that these two find an appropriate script to work on together.
Ranbir Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan
Undoubtedly, ever since both Ranbir and Kareena have appeared together on the talk show ‘Koffee with Karan’, we are eagerly waiting to see them sharing the screen space. Not many would be aware that both Ranbir and Kareena were the first choices to play the role of siblings Kabir and Ayesha respectively in Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ (2015). But, reports suggest that Ranbir Kapoor had date issues that led him to decline the project, after which Kareena also opted out of it. Ultimately, Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra were cast for these roles. Let’s see which filmmaker will manage to pull off this casting coup first. And we certainly wish that it happens soon.
Saif Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan
Well, Saif Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan together in one frame, this one definitely seems to be quite a unique casting. Although, both of them as performers have been quite selective while picking up new projects, we seriously wish that they pick up a movie wherein they can star togerther. In fact, Saif has previously worked with his mother and veteran actress Sharmila Tagore in films like ‘Aashik Aawara’ and ‘Eklavya: The Royal Guard’ in which they had essayed the role of a mother and a son.
It’s Bhai Dooj, an auspicious day that celebrates the beautiful bond shared by a brother and his sister. Following the significance of this festival, here we list down siblings from Bollywood who we would wish to see together on the big screen.
