‘Noor’ is based on Pakistani author Saba Imtiaz's novel ‘Karachi, You're Killing Me!’. The book has received a lot of critical acclaim, and people who have read the novel have praised it to the core. So, it will be interesting to see how Sunhil Sippy has converted this book into a film.

The real struggle of a journalist

No job is easy and definitely not of a journalist! It’s no layman’s job to run behind a story, investigate and then present the reality to the audience. With Sonakshi essaying the role of a journalist in ‘Noor’ we will hopefully get to see the real struggle that a real-life journalist goes through. And unlike the other films based on the life of journalists, we are expecting this one to be more realistic and less glamorous.
