3 out of 4 ‘Golmaal’ films had a competition at the BO!

‘Golmaal Returns’ v/s ‘Fashion’

So, ‘Golmaal Returns’ which according to Rohit Shetty is the weakest film under the franchise had clashed with Priyanka Chopra-starrer ‘Fashion’. While the former had collected Rs 51.21 crore and was a hit, the latter too was a hit with a collection of Rs 26.45 crore.

‘Golmaal 3’ v/s ‘Action Replayy’

Apart from the first instalment of ‘Golmaal’, all other films under the franchise have been released on Diwali. ‘Golmaal 3’ had clashed with ‘Action Replayy’ in 2010. The former was clearly a winner by collection Rs 108 crore at the box office.

‘Golmaal Again’ v/s ‘Secret Superstar’

And now, this year once again the fourth instalment of ‘Golmaal’, ‘Golmaal Again’, will be clashing with ‘Secret Superstar’. It will be interesting to see which movie makes a mark at the box office.
