Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s son Taimur Ali Khan is a sensation in himself. The little munchkin has been the apple of everyone’s eyes since the day he was born. Not only has the star kid become paparazzi’s favourite but he also has many fan pages dedicated to him. 1. Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi Forest

On Taimur’s first birthday, he received an entire forest as a birthday gift. His mother Kareena Kapoor Khan, along with her dietitian, Rujuta Diwekar came up with this thoughtful idea and it is known as the Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi Forest Sonave, Maharashtra. The forest spans 1000 square feet and has about 100 trees including green leafy vegetables and Genda phools.

2. Apartment at Fortune Heights

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor moved out of their Fortune Heights home earlier this year, but they still own the property at Fortune Heights in Bandra. According to rumours, Taimur Ali Khan will be the one to own the house once he is older. The estimated price of the Fortune Heights apartment is a whopping ₹48 crores.

3. Mercedes McLaren Toy Car

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan gifted a limited edition Mc Laren toy car to their little bundle of joy on his second birthday. The car can be driven-around as it is battery operated.

4. Pataudi Palace Stakeholder

Out of all the expensive things that the Nawab of Pataudi owns, the Pataudi Palace situated in Haryana is the most expensive possession of Saif Ali Khan. Pataudi Palace was repossessed by Saif in 2014. It was renovated by the actor in 2015 and it’s now used by him as his ancestral property. Little Tim will reportedly be an equal stakeholder to the Rs 800 crores worth palace just like his step-siblings Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan.

5. Jeep SRT

In 2017, Saif Ali Khan bought a red Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT (₹1.30 crore approx.) for his son Taimur on Children’s day. In an interview, he mentioned that the Jeep has a special baby seat at the back of the car. Well, we will be on the lookout for Taimur riding that car.
