‘Deva Shree Ganesha’ from ‘Agneepath’
Hrithik Roshan evoked all our sense of devotion with the peppy number ‘Deva Shree Ganesha’ in the film ‘Agneepath’. The film which was the revamped version of a superhit film, had this catchy number with lyrics, “Dharti ambar sitar… Uski nazare utaare… Dar bhi usse dara re… Jiski rakhwaliya re… Karta saya tera Jai deva Shri Ganesha”, that made everyone groove instantly.
‘Sadda Dil Vi Tu’ (‘Ga Ga Ga Ganpati’) from ‘ABCD’
Remo D’Souza’s directorial venture had an impactful song dedicated to lord Ganesh. The film that was all about dance, had a track called ‘Sadda Dil Vi Tu (Ga Ga Ga Ganpati)’ on which several powerhouse dancers grooved. In the film, lord Ganesh leads the team of ABCD to their victory with all screaming ‘Ganpati Bappa Mourya.’
‘Mourya Re’ from ‘Don’
Composed and sung by Shankar Mahadevan's team, ‘Mourya Re’ from ‘Don’ had Shah Rukh Khan enticing lord Ganesha in his tapori style. We just loved how SRK managed to drench himself in this festive mood and entertain like never before. It’s a favourite of devotees for sure!
‘Bappa’ from ‘Banjo’
Riteish Deshmukh, in his upcoming film ‘Banjo’, is celebrating the rhythm of Ganpati Bappa with song ‘Bappa’. It’s a unique song with some kind of Rock element to it. Riteish plays the character of a banjo player in the film and he creates a foot tapping number to welcome Ganpati Bappa.
‘Tera Hi Jalwa’ from ‘Wanted’
How can Salman Khan not have a tribute for our lovely Ganesha? In the film ‘Wanted’, Salman Khan spread his jalwa to demonstrate the deity’s jalwa on the song ‘Tera Hi Jalwa’. With a nice blend of hard-hitting lyrics and music that will make you to shake a leg instantly, ‘Tera Hi Jalwa’ had a perfect swag for Ganpati Bappa.
