Kai Po Che! RajKummar shared screen space with Sushant Singh Rajput and Amit Sadh in the same. He essayed the role of Govind ‘Govi’ Patel. Late actor Sushant played Ishaan ‘Ish’ Bhatt and Amit played Omkar ‘Omi’ Shastri. It’s about three friends who start an academy to train aspiring cricketers.

Newton: Newton starring RajKummar Rao is one of his best films. RajKummar played the role of a government employee who is sent to a politically sensitive area of the central India on election duty. Pankaj Tripathi, Raghubir Yadav and Anjali Patil appeared in pivotal roles.

Trapped: RajKummar delivered a terrific performance in Vikramaditya Motwane’s Trapped. He played the role of Shaurya, a call centre employee who gets trapped in his apartment room without food, water and electricity. He underwent drastic weight loss to play the part and nailed it.

Badhaai Do: RajKummar starred opposite Bhumi Pednekar in Badhaai Do. The actor delivered a phenomenal performance as a gay cop in the film. Deepak Arora played RajKummar’s gay partner in the film. Directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni, Badhaai Do also stars Chum Darang.

HIT: The First Case: RajKummar starrer HIT: The First Case was released in July this year. He essayed the role of a homicide detective who tries to solve murder cases while also dealing with his past trauma. Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, HIT: The First Case also starred Sanya Malhotra, Milind Gunaji, Shilpa Shukla, Sanjay Narvekar and Dalip Tahhil.
