Legendary Bollywood actor, Rekha, celebrates her birthday today. The actress rang her 67th birthday on Sunday. Rekha is known for her timeless beauty and elegance. She exudes grace every time she makes a public appearance. Rekha is one of the iconic actresses and she enjoys a massive fan base. The actress has entertained everyone with her stellar performances and acting prowess. Rekha has won hearts with her acting skills, over the years. Umrao Jaan (1981) – Rekha essayed the character of a courtesan named Umrao Jaan in the 1981 film. The actress even won a National award for her stellar performance in Muzaffar Ali’s period film.
Ijaazat (1987) – Rekha played the role of Naseeruddin Shah’s wife in the movie directed by Gulzar. The film was based on the 1964 Bengali film Jatugriha.
Utsav (1984) – The film producer by Shashi Kapoor and directed by Girish Karnad changed the timeless beauty. Rekha delivered a pathbreaking performance in Bollywood, back then.
