Devdas & Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam
Sanjay Leela Bhansali might have a bad luck with the occurrence of fire incidents on his movie sets. There were fire incidents on the sets of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Devdas. 2 people where actually killed when fire broke out on the sets of Devdas.
Dabangg 2
According to a report, a fire broke out on the sets of Arbaaz Khan's directorial Dabangg 2. This incident occured at the Mehboob studio in Bandra, Mumbai. There were many injuries on the set and the injured were taken to a near by hospital.
ABCD 2
Recently a fire broke out during the shoot of ABCD 2 at Mehboob studio. On set were the cast and crew including Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
Mother India
The first movie ever to have a fire on set was Mother India. It happened when Nargis and Sunil Dutt were shooting the fire in the haystack scene. While shooting for the scene, Sunil Dutt had to save Nargis from the fire, but the fire got wild and was about to burn Nargis. Dutt quickly took a blanket and went to save her from the fire. He managed to save her but he got himself burnt.
Black
While shooting the movie Black, Sanjay Leela Bhansali faced a loss of ₹2 lakhs. The loss occured because a massive fire broke out on the sets. There were some injuries to the people behind the camera.
When a movie is produced there are a lot things are at stake, actors career, producers money and also the people behind the camera. While performing deadly stunts the action director takes care that no one on the set is injured, but sometimes unwanted incidents happen even though all the precautions are taken care of.
