Rakesh Roshan before turning a director had worked as an assistant director with veterans like Mohan Kumar and H.S. Rawail. In the year 1977, he started producing movies under his production company Filmkraft and produced movies like 'Kaamchor', 'Jaag Utha Insaan', 'Bhagwan Dada' and many others.

He is synonymous for directing movies with titles that begin with letter 'K'. Next year, he will helm his first ever non 'K' alphabet starting movie 'Judai... Matlab Pyaar Hai'.
When he beat up Hrithik
