Kangana Ranaut’s lavish office-cum-studio demolished by BMC; Here’s a sneak peek into the gorgeous indoors of the building!

Ever since her debut in Bollywood in 2006, actress Kangana Ranaut has come a long way. She has not only carved a place for herself as an outsider in the industry but has also become the source of inspiration for all the aspiring actors out there. The three-time National Award-winning actress has even started her own studio-Manikarnika Films.

Amidst the lockdown, while Kangana is spending her quarantine time with her family in Manali, she recently gave us all a sneak peek into her lavish and extravagant office-cum-studio situated at Mumbai’s prime location, Pali Hill.

The actress opened doors to her studio for Elle Decor India’s latest cover feature. In the BTS video shoot for the magazine, Kangana opens up about what exactly she wanted her studio to reflect. The ‘Panga’ actress went on to share how she always dreamt of a Zen-like space that had the vibes of 1920s.

Kangana’s concern for the environment is a well-known fact and she made sure that everything at her new studio was in sync with nature. She has even kept her studio plastic-free.

In the video, she is also heard saying, “Lately, for the past three-four years, I have been very, very aware of the ecological footprints that I leave behind. The office is going to be plastic-free, you can see the greenery is such an important part of the entire structure.”

As per a report in Pinkvilla, the multi-storey building was bought by the actress a few years ago at a whopping cost of Rs. 48 crores. The office has European vibes and celebrated interior designer Shabnam Gupta has designed it. And it has even an attached cafeteria for its employees and an additional 565 sq ft parking space. Well, what more one could have asked for?

This is indeed a dream workplace and it clearly showcases Kangana’s exquisite taste and love for everything artistic. Back in January this year, Kangana had performed a puja at her office. Sharing a few pics from the day, the actress had written, “Puja day for #KanganaRanaut as she opens doors to her own studio – Manikarnika Films, located in the bustling neighbourhood of Pali Hill. Stay tuned for the entire reveal.”

Interestingly, Kangana has named her studio after her first directorial ‘Manikarnika’. On the work front, the gorgeous actress will be next seen in ‘Thalaivi’ which is a biopic of the former CM of Tamil Nadu, Jayalalithaa.
