The actresses appeared on the Koffee couch for the third time and made sure to create a fun-filled vibe by showing their quippy side. Ananya Panday on her relationship status with Aditya Roy Kapur: Well, the episode began with a bang and as usual, without beating around the bush, host Karan Johar quizzed Ananya about dating rumours with Aditya. Karan asked Ananya, “How are you managing your nights?” To this, Ananya replied, “Honestly, as well as my days, Both my nights and days are managed pretty well. “. KJo further asked, “You’ve not been a bit Gumraah in love?” Ananya replied, “Aashiqui aisi hoti hai but…” She then stopped abruptly and said, ‘I am doing fine.’
Sara confirms not dating Shubman Gill: Karan asked, “There were alleged rumours and conjecture about you dating Shubman Gill,” to which Sara clarified, “You have got the wrong Sara. Sara ka sara duniya galat sara ke piche pada hai. I have never dated him.”
Sara on her equation with Kartik Aaryan: Sara and Ananya once dated Kartik Aaryan. Commenting on how comfortable they are with each other now, Sara shared, “It isn’t always easy. When you are involved with anybody, whether they are your friends, professionally, or romantically, I get invested. It does affect you. But ultimately you have to rise beyond them. Something that I’ve realised, without sounding semi-negative, is that there actually are no permanent predicaments in this business. All these “nevers” and “always” don’t really work I feel.”

Ananya on not getting respect and Siddhant Chaturvedi’s comment: In 2020, during a panel discussion, Ananya had spoken about her share of struggles. Reacting to Ananya’s statement, Siddhant had instantly quipped, “Jahaan humaare sapne poore hote hai, waha inke struggle shuru hote hai.” Reacting to it, Ananya shared, “Honestly, it’s not easy for anyone in this business. But it does get tough because I think all I worked for is validation. I am my father’s daughter and he is a huge people-pleaser. In every aspect of my life, I’ve just wanted love from people. And that’s something I work towards all the time. Luckily, I did get love with my first film. But sometimes I feel like I haven’t gotten the respect from people. That’s something I am really working towards.”
Sara on criticism for films Coolie No.1 and Love Aaj Kal: The actress addressed being criticised for her performance in movies like Coolie No.1 and Love Aaj Kal. Talking about how she dealt with it, Sara shared, “It’s not even about just acknowledging the fact that Love Aaj Kal wasn’t a good performance. It’s about understanding the larger ramifications of that. I actually think that the way Love Aaj Kal not doing well or Coolie No.1 not doing well affected me is way more deep-rooted than I realised.”
Ananya on Liger failure: Ananya too opened up about the debacle of Liger and mentioned how her mom reacted to it. She also mentioned how her mom Bhavna and Karan Johar suggested her not to do that film.
